Our laboratory maintains a position as one of the leading implant laboratories in the area and is trained in all the major systems. We can custom fabricate a specific design or we can utilize some of the latest computer design technology and manufacturing techniques for implant abutments, bars and attachments.

We are a full service laboratory and can provide you with orthodontic appliances, conventional dentures, flexible partials, and a wide selection of all ceramic esthetic options such as zirconia restorations or lithium disilicate. We are proud to say all our restorations are fabricated in the USA, made with both ADA accepted and FDA approved materials. We're also proud to offer local delivery to our dentists.

Meet Our Team

	Chris Cozzolino, Group Manager Chris started in the dental industry back in 1985 in marketing and sales. Since then she has run several laboratories and has a solid background in dental implants. Currently Chris acts as regional field support for several NDX laboratories.
	Stephen DePirro, Laboratory President Before joining the Stern Reed Associates team, Stephen served as Production Supervisor for Precision Ceramics Dental Laboratory & Implant Planning Center in Ontario, CA. Stephen has over fourteen years hands-on laboratory and chair side experience. His advanced training in functional esthetics and occlusion, bring a new level of confidence and success to our clients and our team, whether working with conventional dentures, implants or the newest ceramic systems.
	Mark Wegmann, Laboratory Administrator Mark joined Stern Reed Associates in 2004 as Administrator. Previously, he owned and operated Dental Arts Laboratories of Dallas, Inc. since 1976.
	Gale Fyke, Fixed Department Manager Gale joined Stern Reed in 2010 as the Fixed Department Manager. She owned and operated her own dental lab for over 16 years, and has over 30 years of experience as a crown & bridge technician. She is well-versed in implant technology with the knowledge that provides our clients with a dialogue of effective technical tips and resolutions. Her keen quality control expertise has enhanced our lab.
	Doug Morris CDT, Partial Frame Manager A graduate of the American School of Dental Technology, Doug has dedicated 35 years to this complex craft, the last 10 years at Stern Reed. Familiar with traditional frame and clasp designs, Doug also has experience with the newest chrome alloys, investments and casting technology, all developed to improve cast partial strength, ductility, and durability.
	Pam Outlaw, Shipping Department Manager Pam has been with Stern Reed Associates since 2003. Her background of 30 years in the dental laboratory includes experience as a delivery driver and a lab technician. In 2004, she was promoted to Manager of our Shipping Department, staffing over 12 employees.
	Lisa Van, Internal Client Specialist Lisa brings to our company a background with degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, coupled with experience in providing professional customer service. In her capacity as Internal Client Specialist, she operates as the conduit between our clients and our management team to ensure retention of our client base.
